  • I am reminded of the fires in San Diego. As residents evacuated to the Charger's Stadium, there was a sense of security and community. In N.O. there were rapes, murders, robberies etc. Why is this? I think Texas will rebuild, and N.O. under the criminal ray nagin will still be in ruins. Why is this?
